At Heron Clothing, we offer free delivery as a gesture to our customers.

Free delivery means your order will take about 5 working days to be delivered to your address of choice.

You can cancel your delivery within the first 6 hours of your order, please contact us so that we can process your request.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Heron Clothing, we offer a 30-day Returns & Exchange policy. To return an item, please email us and let us know that you would like to return it. The item must be in its original packaging with the label still attached. Please also provide proof of postage. Once the item has been received, we will contact you to discuss whether you would like an exchange or a refund. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days.
